Excellent service inspection went better than expected
David is very professional and was very thorough. We are more than pleased with his expertise and experience. I would highly recommend him to help any new home buyers.
David is so incredible to work with and caught stuff on our house that no one else saw!
Working with Mr. Darley was a fantastic experience. He was extremely approachable, kind, and took the time to address every question I had. What impressed me most was that he highlighted and explained several vital home features that were completely missed during my initial walkthrough. His inspection report was exceptionally detailed and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection!
I could not recommend David more highly. He was prompt, professional, honest and extremely thorough throughout the entire home inspection. He took the time to walk me through everything he found, explain any concerns clearly, answer my questions and provided a very detailed and easy to understand report. One thing that really sets David apart is his professional background and experience in HVAC repair and maintenance. Having someone inspect your home who has years of hands on experience working with heating and air systems gives you a lot of confidence. Especially when HVAC equipment can be one of the biggest ticket items in a home. He also has a very thorough understanding of roofing, electrical, current codes and the other major systems you want carefully looked at when purchasing a home. David didn’t just go through a checklist, he clearly understands how these systems work, what to look for and what could potentially become an issue down the road. He communicated everything extremely well and made sure I understood the concerns he found and what they meant for us as homeowners. Overall we had an excellent experience. David was thorough, knowledgeable, honest and great to work with from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. 10/10.
