Commercial, new construction, mobile home, and outbuilding inspections are a custom quote.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled inspection; within 24 hours a cancellation fee applies.
Drive radius
Properties more than an hour away add $50 to the base price. Beyond a 2-hour drive radius, call for a custom quote.
What we do not offer
To keep our scope honest, these are not part of an Ark Inspections inspection:
- Sewer line scoping
- Radon testing
- Pool or spa inspections
- Well or septic inspections

How does your pricing work?
Residential inspections start at $350 (slab, up to 1,499 sq ft). $400 for 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft. $450 for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft. $500 for 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft. Over 3,000 sq ft, add $50 per 500 sq ft. Add $50 for a crawlspace or basement. Re-inspections are a flat $200. Commercial, new construction, mobile home, and outbuilding inspections are a custom quote.
What inspections do you not offer?
We do not offer sewer line scoping, radon testing, pool or spa inspections, or well or septic inspections.
