Properties more than an hour away add $50 to the base price. Beyond a 2-hour drive radius, call for a custom quote.

What we do not offer

To keep our scope honest, these are not part of an Ark Inspections inspection:

  • Sewer line scoping
  • Radon testing
  • Pool or spa inspections
  • Well or septic inspections

How fast is the report?

Residential inspections come back as a photo-rich report delivered within 48 hours. For commercial, new construction, mobile and outbuilding inspections, David will confirm the turnaround when you book.

What does a re-inspection cost?

Re-inspections are a flat $200. Once the seller says the repairs are done, we return and confirm every item was corrected properly.

What do you not inspect?

We do not offer sewer line scoping, radon testing, pool or spa inspections, or well or septic inspections. We say so up front so nobody is surprised at closing.

How do I make sure I get credit for the referral?
