These Terms and Conditions govern your use of arkinspections.pro and your request for services from Ark Inspections. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
What a home inspection is
A home inspection performed by Ark Inspections is a visual, non-invasive review of the accessible systems and components of a property, reporting their observed condition on the day of the inspection. An inspection is not a warranty, a guarantee, or an insurance policy, and it is not a prediction of future condition or performance. It is not a grade, and it does not determine whether you should buy a property. We report what we observe and explain it clearly so you can make your own informed decision.
Scope and exclusions
Ark Inspections does not provide sewer line scoping, radon testing, pool or spa inspections, or well and septic inspections. The specific scope of your inspection is defined in your written inspection agreement. Areas that are not readily accessible, are concealed, or are unsafe to reach may be excluded from the inspection.
Scheduling, pricing, and cancellation
Residential pricing is published on our Services page and is confirmed at the time of booking. Commercial, new construction, mobile home, and outbuilding inspections are quoted individually. Properties beyond a two-hour drive radius require a callback for a custom quote. Emergency and rush inspections may be available.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your scheduled inspection. Within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee applies.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number and consent, you agree to receive text messages from Ark Inspections about your inspection. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for general information. You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or impair it. All text, graphics, and logos on the site are the property of Ark Inspections or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ark Inspections is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The rights and remedies relating to an actual inspection are governed by your signed inspection agreement, not by these website terms.
