Ark Inspections ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through arkinspections.pro, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form or reach out to us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- The property address and service details you provide, including any access notes such as gates or pets.
- How you heard about us and, if applicable, a referring agent's name.
- Your consent to be contacted, and the date and time you gave it.
We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and advertising or referral identifiers (for example click IDs and UTM parameters), through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule your inspection, and deliver your report.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inspection, where you have consented.
- To understand how our website performs and to measure our advertising, in aggregate.
How we store and share it
Your submission is stored in our systems and sent to David Darley so we can follow up. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email delivery, website hosting, and analytics or advertising partners, and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
Text messages and consent
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Ark Inspections about your inspection. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your inspection.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads measurement to understand site usage and advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools.
Your choices and data requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing us at david@arkinspections.pro. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
