How much does an inspection cost?
Residential inspections start at $350 (slab, up to 1,499 sq ft). $400 for 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft. $450 for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft. $500 for 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft. Over 3,000 sq ft, add $50 per 500 sq ft. Add $50 for a crawlspace or basement. Re-inspections are a flat $200. Commercial, new construction, mobile home, and outbuilding inspections are a custom quote.
What areas do you cover?
Home base is Conway, and we cover 15 Central Arkansas counties and 143 cities and towns, from Little Rock to the smallest of them. We also inspect in Beebe, Searcy, Heber Springs, and Clinton. Properties beyond a 2-hour drive are welcome with a custom quote.
Is an inspection a guarantee that the home has no problems?
An inspection reports the observed condition of the home on the day of the inspection. It is not a warranty and not a guarantee, and it is not a grade. It gives you the facts, in plain language, so you can decide with confidence.

What inspections do you not offer?
We do not offer sewer line scoping, radon testing, pool or spa inspections, or well or septic inspections.

We cover 15 Central Arkansas counties from our Conway home base: Faulkner, Pope, Clark, Jefferson, Yell, Saline, Johnson, Hot Spring, Lonoke, Conway, Pulaski, Logan, Garland, Grant, and Perry.
Do you inspect in Searcy, Beebe, Heber Springs, or Clinton?
Yes. Those four towns sit outside the fifteen counties, in White, Cleburne, and Van Buren, and we cover all four. Booking works the same way: call or text David at (501) 499-7154, or send the contact form.
What if my property is outside those counties?
Properties beyond a 2-hour drive are welcome with a custom quote. Call or text David at (501) 499-7154 and he will let you know.
