Ark Inspections was founded by David Darley. He is a licensed Arkansas home inspector with deep expertise in HVAC systems and roofing. We understand the challenges Arkansas homes face, from scorching summers that strain cooling systems to severe weather that damages roofs.

We find problems, explain them clearly, deliver a detailed photo-rich report, and stay available for follow-up questions long after the inspection.

Whether you are buying your first home in Conway or your fifth investment property in Little Rock, we make sure you know exactly what you are getting into, with no surprises.

Licensed. Insured. Family-owned.

Why Ark Inspections

A hands-on inspector who knows Arkansas homes

For most families, a home is the biggest purchase they will ever make. Ark Inspections exists to make that decision clearer, with honest, thorough work and a report you can actually use.

Real trade experience

David's background in HVAC systems and roofing means the two areas that most often drive expensive surprises get an experienced eye. He knows how Arkansas heat strains cooling equipment and how our storms find their way through a roof.

Photo-rich reports

Every inspection becomes a detailed, photo-rich report, with clear photos and plain-language explanations of what we found, so you can make your decision.

You talk to David

Ark Inspections is family-owned and owner-run: you talk to David, the person who inspects your home. David stays available for follow-up questions long after the inspection is done.

Central Arkansas coverage

Home base is Conway, and we cover 15 Central Arkansas counties and 143 cities and towns, plus Beebe, Searcy, Heber Springs, and Clinton. Properties beyond a 2-hour drive are welcome with a custom quote.

A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive review of a property observed condition on the day of the inspection. It is not a warranty and not a guarantee, and it is not a grade. Our job is to find problems, explain them clearly, and give you the facts so you can decide with confidence.
